There are many terms
and conditions that the person must follow if given the opportunity of probation.
If a person violates any of these terms or conditions, he/she may be arrested
for a probation violation. When a person is arrested for a probation violation
there is no bail set. The person must remain in custody until they see the judge.
However, it could take up to a month before a court date is set.
This office
can file a motion and have a defendant before the judge within a week in an attempt
to get the person released, have bail set or get him/her reinstated on probation.
